lush butterball review | EG♡

So ages ago I did a mini lush haul and this was featured in it. Truth is I’ve actually just used it. I know it’s bad but I always forget hat I have these around!

lush says : “if you have dry, sensitive or irritated skin, this is the bath bomb to replenish it. Once the cocoa butter pieces have melted, your skin will be coated by a light buttery film that smells good enough to eat. Ylang ylang is used in aromatherapy to stream stress and depression, as well as relaxing the nervous system, and relieves anger, panic and fear.”

This really does do what lush says. It smells like vanilla and cocoa butter. As soon as I stepped into the bath my skin felt instantly softer and I felt really relaxed. The cocoa butter pieces kind of floated around for a while but then melted and made my skin even softer.

I added a bit of my berry bubble bar as I wanted more bubbles which this bath bomb doesn’t give. It also doesn’t have any colours so I used the bubble bar to make my bath a bit pink. But it’s always fun to watch the bath bomb fizz away!

Overall, I would definitely recommend this bath bomb for relaxation and if you have dry skin. If your looking for something a bit more colourful then this probably isn’t the one for you.

Hope you enjoyed this post!

Have a lovely day!
