Once again, I am still trying to figure out the theme I would like for my blog! I really want to create a look and content that people will enjoy, yet at the moment I feel like I’m just making posts so I can say I’ve written one. This week I’ve gathered a few pieces that I have been looking at for a while, I hope you enjoy this post.
If you have any ideas for posts you would like to see then please leave a comment below.
Yet again, Missguided has my heart. The clothes that they are bringing in are so gorgeous and get prettier every time! This month I’ve been in love with this embroidered playsuit! It’s so gorgeous, yet I have no where to wear it. I think it would be really pretty paired with some lace up flats and tights.
Next is this two tone bomber jacket. I don’t know if you can tell, but I have a thing for jackets this week. A jacket can make or break an outfit, and this one is so gorgeous and neautral; it would pair with so many colours. Missguideds quality of clothing is very high and the pieces I have from there last ages!
The next thing is also a jacket. Oops. However, this jacket is all of my dreams wrapped into one item of clothing. It is the perfect Spring lightweight jacket, even though it’s apparently summer in Britain right now. The detail of the belt and the zips is in silver which is so pretty, and for £40 this is a steal.
Another item that has been on my favourites for a while is this Morphe palette. For £18.25 you get 35 rich pigmented muted pink shades. Some are matte and some are shimmery. This is the perfect palette and has all of the colours you would need! I feel like pinks really bring out green eyes, which is what I have so this palette would be great.
The last wish is this denim jacket. After seeing youtuber and model Sophia Mitchell wearing an oversized denim jacket and velvet choker, I’ve wanted one. I think it is such a cool look and has a really chilled vibe to it. I also have a thing for th trend of lace up chokers, infact anything lace up pretty much has my heart.
Have you guys got any wishes this week? Or have you bought anything that you love? Comment below!
Have a lovely day,
Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all have a lovely day! Today I have my wish list for you, which I’m excited to show you because there are some really lovely things in there.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Palette
First of all, I saw this gorgeous eyeshadow palette from tarte. I’m not sure where I first saw this palette, but when I did I fell in love with it. The colours are really versatile and there are so many you could match together. The price of this palette depends on where you buy it from. On QVC it is around £32.
Topshop Moto Cord Jacket
This jacket is gorgeous! It’s a champagne kind of colour, which is good because it’s neautral and would go with so many outfits. This is actually in the sale for £10!! Yes that is true! Sadly, this is out of stock so I’m scouring the Internet to find one!
Topshop Mom Jeans
When I went to Outfit recently I tried these jeans on and they were so comfortable and flattering. They are meant to be cropped, so I would get them in a longer length. Usually I would be leg 34, but I would get leg 36 so they would be longer. These jeans would be great for summer because they are not super tight, and would look great with a cropped top or a halterneck.
Too Faced Melted Liquid Lipstick in Chihuahua
This lipstick is so pretty! I’ve seen these floating around Instagram so many times and I love this shade. It is a pinky brown colour and would look great with a neutral eyeshadow. For £16, I do think you’re getting a good product and I think it is a reasonable price for a too faced product, especially one with such great reviews.
Have you guys got any wishes?
Have a lovely day! ( and Easter! )
It seems like every month seems to be going quicker. I’ve really enjoyed February – what with it being pancake day. I’ve recently got more into make up and bought a few pieces that I’ve enjoyed using a lot.
The first thing I bought that I’ve been using daily is this Stila stay all day primer and anti-shine balm. This claims to prime, set and mattify makeup. This retails at around £21 but I got it for just £4.99 at tk maxx! I do recommend pushing the sponge into the primer instead of swiping it over it, and then patting it onto your face instead of rubbing it in. I then put my makeup on and use the sponge and set my makeup. My makeup really does stay matte all day when I use this & I would recommend it.
This Avon BB cream is moisturising, but still has medium coverage. Since I have freckles, I don’t want to completely cover them up. This cream covers up any redness or blemishes. I have tried using foundation, but it creates a streaky effect on my skin so I’ve found that BB cream is a lot better.
So many bloggers, and friends have raved about the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer for a while and I was yet to try it out until earlier this month. I’m the shade fair 1, which is perfect for my skin tone. This concealer has such a good coverage and really brightens up under my eyes and around my face. I always put it in a triangle to prevent a really bright circle under my eyes too.
Adidas superstars. Worn by countless bloggers and fashion youtubers everywhere. Honestly, these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever bought. Luckily I’m a size 6 so I was able to get them in the kids section ( ha ha ). Also, when you sign up to Adidas you get 15% off so I ended up paying £38 for them. They go with everything and and so so comfy, I would recommend them to anyone.
The last thing is my Jamie jeans from Topshop. After buying many pairs of Primarks rule of the Joni jeans and struggling into New Looks high waisted jeans, I caved and bought some topshop jeans. Since I’m so tall, finding jeans that fit my leg was a hard job. Topshop have a huge range of jeans that don’t loose shape, stretch or sag. These are my best purchase and are such a staple piece in my wardrobe.
What are your guys favourites this month?
Have a lovely day!
Christmas is only four days away!!! I’m a little bit excited if you can tell. I pre put together my Christmas wish list, even though I know I won’t be getting them as I’ve already got my present. These are a few things that I really like and think are really pretty.
leaf print overlay dress- topshop
iPhone 6 silver – Apple
Adidas superstar metallic – asos
Fujifilm instax mini 8 film – Amazon
Parlour grey and silver midi watch – Olivia burton
Adidas essentials t shirt – urban outfitters
I think this dress is so gorgeous and would be really lovely with some skater shoes or boots and an oversized coat or a black denim jacket. It could be dressed up or down and I think that’s really nice.
Obviously a new phone is probably on everyone’s wishlist and with the release of the 6 and 6s Apple will obviously be getting a lot of orders. I like the iPhone 6 as its more budget friendly and being stuck on the iPhone 4s is not fun really.
These trainers were featured in my last yes please post. I just can’t get enough of them! I think they’re so pretty and add a subtle quirky touch to an outfit.
I have the pink fujifilm instax mini 8. I got it 2 years ago for Christmas but I haven’t had any film since last New Year’s Eve as I used it all and I haven’t got round to buying any,ore film so this is more of a need than a want.
This watch is so beautiful. I love grey and silver and the flowers on the face are so gorgeous. The midi dial is a nice size to because I have tiny wrists and a huge watch face would make them look even smaller!
Urban outfitters has the nicest clothes. If I always had money I would buy all of my clothes in there! This adidas top is really ladiback and neautral and would match with everything.
What’s on your Christmas Wishlist?
Have a lovely day!
It seems like I haven’t done a yes please post in what seems like forever. But today I have one for you and I absolutely love it! I saw these shoes ages ago and they’re so pretty. Since I wear a lot of grey, white and black these would match really well.
These are holographic superstars! A lot of people ( including my mum ) really don’t like them but I love them! I think they’re really quirky but still on trend. I love anything holographic and these are also really useful.
These could be paired with black jeans and a grey jumper or a white top and a chunky grey cardigan. As they’re trainers, these would be super comfy and easy to slip on when you go out!
What about you guys? Have you been wishing for anything?
Have a lovely day!
As you can probably tell, I’m really excited for Autumn. I’ve already made an Autumn Wishlist and yet here is another Autumn clothes post! I love the colours of Autumn, and buying clothes in those shades are my absolute favourite.
– jumper £17.99
– bag £22.99 ( also available in tan )
– skirt £19.99 ( also available in navy, khaki and camel )
– gilet £65 ( very similar here from New Look )
– boots £35
I love this outfit! The colours compliment each other really well. I can imagine going for a walk in the evening wearing this. I love the cold shoulders on the jumper, it gives nice detail to a plain item.
Teamed with the burgundy skirt, which is thick and warm, the jumper looks really cute. If you tucked it in you could see the gold detail of the zip.
This gilet literally goes with anything. It is very versatile as it is a neutral colour. The fur is very soft and it does up discreetly. I love the colour of it as it is perfect for this season.
The bag is very autumnal. I think it looks a lot more expensive than it is. The crocodile effect contrast with the tassels and gives a lovely designer look.
Black boots are a staple for any Autumn wardrobe. They go with anything ; skirts, jeans, shorts, leggings. Black is a very versatile colour and compliments this outfit nicely. It matches the tassels on the bag which is a cute touch.
Do you have any favourites for Autumn?
Have a lovely day!
As I sit writing with a cup of tea, wearing my favourite sweatshirt I feel like I can finally say it! It is finally Autumn! Autumn is my most favourite season of the year. What’s not to love? The leaves, hot drinks, cosy nights, comfort food, colours, the clothes and the colours of the clothes! I fell like I’m already ready for Autumn. I’ve bought my boots and I’m bringing out the fleecy tights. There’s always something on my wish list though. You can really tell from this months that it’s Autumn themed.
pinafore – topshop £39
camel boxy jumper – £7.99 ( I couldn’t believe it either!! )
crochet waist playsuit – £20 missguided
strapped velvet dress – £18 missguided
I’ve been eyeing this pinafore up for a long time now! It’s so gorgeous. It’s cord and burgundy which are two staple styles in Autumn. I love the little gold buttons and the pocket on the front. It’s quite expensive but I may have to buy it…
This jumper is absolutely gorgeous! I aleatory have the light grey and the burgundy ( obviously ) and they’re the softest I’ve ever bought! For £7.99 you can’t go wrong and they go with everything!
Ok, this playsuit really isn’t for Autumn; it’s still on my wish list though. It’s so pretty! It’s a halterneck and has such a pretty centre. It’s in the sale so hopefully it goes down to an even lower price and I’ll buy it. I recently bought a bralet from missguided and the delivery was great. The quality is brilliant and it’s so soft.
This dress is gorgeous. I can imagine it with some boots, tights and a leather jacket. I love velvet and burgundy and mixed together they look so pretty! The bralet would actually look really pretty underneath. It reminds me of Christmas too, which is never bad.
Have you got anything on your wish list?
Have a lovely day!
